EDUCATION
INTRODUCTION AND GOALS FOR Q2:
LOCATION OF HEMP INSTITUTE
IHEC will be located in Hudson, Michigan. A beautiful lake area with attractions to allow visitors participating in the Hemp Development projects will provide a comfortable and scenic work environment. The IHEC objectives will be to provide the space and environment to create the Bio Hemp products necessary to provide Green Sustainable products.
CURRENT PROJECTS
Development of current projects is currently focused on Construction materials from Hempcrete block to fiber board, to roofing, to anything to meet the Green Building requirements in todays society. (NOTE: Inserts for the Green factor, and articles will be attached for further discussions)
PARTICIPANTS IN PROJECTS
Currently the project is in the development stages. The principals as listed in the addendum are growers, and manufacturers developing the Hemp plant, and the products that will change sustainability and green participation.
HOW TO GET INVOLVED
Contact the IHEC offices to learn more about Non-Profit status for investors. Participation provides your key to be involved in the early stages of Bio Hemp products. Participation can be providing Grant assistance, product testing, and involvement of the regulatory and testing agencies to define and then meet the standards necessary to compete with current industry products.
NEW FACILITY CONSTRUCTION
To truly create an independent testing and product development facility will take a facility that can accept large equipment for testing the products to meet ASTM or other Regulatory agencies. Equipment can be provided to the facility as a tax-deductible donation. Other sources of participation are available. Contact the IHEC offices to talk with Investor Relations for additional information. The MDARD Funding Grant will allow the first phase of this Educational center…A building to grow in, and conduct classes as we grow.
INVESTOR PARTICIPATION
The investor in the IHEC Education facilities is initially a gift, or other beneficial format. The Non-Profit status of the 501c3 and other benefits will be discussed confidentially with interested parties. The IHEC education center, is intended to have national and international exposure and to provide a uniform standard of raw material, and product development. Universal standards do not currently exist for Hemp. Opening channels for participation and sales on a global scale.
GROWER/MARKETS
To this point, Hemp growers have a limited based upon manufacturers product requirements. An industry promoted by the Federal Government, and State Agricultural departments lacks financial assistance on any level. To open banks to lending growers funds to grow, and manufacturers to purchase equipment is not available on any scale in the United States. Like many product developments, European and Asian growers have received subsidies for their local markets. In Germany, car manufacturers using Hemp interiors and select parts (dash boards BMW) receive subsidies from Green funds set up by Regional and National boards. The United States has increasing fees and regulations. There is a question in banks if Hemp is legal. The potential gains are being stymied by a simple lack of capital. IHEC goals include establishment of the dialogue necessary to promote national lending to companies and growers who demonstrate a commitment to the Hemp product capabilities.
HEMP: EDUCATION FOR BUYERS AND GROWER
NOTE TO REVIEW COMMITTEE: We not added any articles on Hempcrete, fiber board, bottling, clothing, absorption products, and profitable ventures between the growers and the manufacturers. To date people are unwilling to share their markets, or their growers. There is a general lack of ‘working together’ to promote an industry that will benefit all. Until, Federal Financial assistance, manufacturer open calls for bids, and growers with millions of pounds of Biomass receive funding and compensation for risk, the industry will fail. IHEC is determined among the founders and new partners, investors, and clients to not allow that to happen. Education, and a common place to share ideas will create an impetus that can benefit the entire industry. Bankers, politicians, growers and manufacturers are invited to participate as members in the IHEC educational project. The estimated revenues below will illustrate the problem. We are contacting all parties to share their sales, and revenue statements to provide a comprehensive industry picture. Until them, the chart below represents- all the firm financial and market details available at this time. The IHEC program is a chance to provide a forum, sanctioned, to develop an industry that was Illegal for 90 years. There is no current data in the United States, and development to sufficient credibility to investors will need this educational center.This is going to be the major difficulty in building IHEC. Hemp Partners must share information and promote growth whenever possible. Investors must recognize that any new product will need VC support, and IHEC can provide the template and support for industry success.
